My Plan For Duplication in SFI

My last post was about achieving duplication in an MLM business. In this post I am going to show the welcome message that I send to all my new affiliates in SFI that lays out the plan for duplication. After they have signed up as a new affiliate, this message is my welcome message to them on the affiliate website and I also email it to them because it is so important. Here it is:

Welcome New Affilate:
My name is Shawn. I am your SFI sponsor. Welcome to Team FastBuild. That's what we call our team at SFI. Let me start by saying that if you need help with anything, feel free to contact me. Beyond that, I wanted let you know that duplication is the key to success with this businesss or any other network marketing business. What I mean by that is that I have a system to help you do what I do and to help you get your personally sponsored affiliates to do the same, and so on , and so on. The whole system is included in this message and is designed to help you grow your network fast and inexpensively and to put money in your pocket in the quickest way possible.
An important part of this plan is that you copy and paste this message somewhere and use it as your automated welcome message to new affiliates that you sponsor. You can change my name to your name of course. Also send it as a regular message to every affiliate that you sponsor. This is important. It's part of the duplication process. Are you ready to hear what the system is? Okay, here it is:
1. You need 1500 VersaPoints (VP) to qualify as an Executive Affiliate. Executive Affiliate is the point where you qualify to share in the SFI Executive Pool and can start earning more money. You should go to TripleClicks.com and purchase the 10 Pack of PSA's (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) for $39.00. This will give you ten people sponsored personally by you. You will also get 455 VersaPoints for this purchase. So, you would need another 1045 VersaPoints to qualify as an Executive Affiliate. The good news is that you can get that many on the SFI Affiliate Website (sfimg.com) for free by simply completing actions in your To-Do List and the free Launchpad training series. Many of these actions take very little time and are worth 100 or more VersaPoints. This will easily qualify you for Executive Affiliate for the month. We will get to the next month in step #2. After you have purchased the ten PSA's, you send each of them a copy of this message through the messaging system at sfimg.com. NOTE: If you don't want to bother with doing the tasks on the To-Do list at sfimg.com, you can go ahead and place a Standing Order of 125 T-Credits at TripleClicks.com. That will put you well over the 1500 required VersaPoints to make you an Executive Affiliate. That brings us to step #2.
2. You have to qualify every month to maintain Executive Affiliate status. The absolute best and least expensive way to do this is to place a Standing Order at TripleClicks.com for the 125 T-Credits for $36.25. You get 1500 VersaPoints every month for this because you are purchasing the T-Credit's every month. It is the best “bang for your buck” as far as VersaPoints go. T-Credits can be used for many things at TripleClicks.com. I recommend you look through it all at sfimg.com and TripleClicks.com. That's it! It's a system for duplication that is easy, inexpensive, and puts you on the road to wealth fast because you and everybody sponsored underneath you are all copying and pasting this message to each new PSA you or someone underneath sponsors. Each new PSA is given this blueprint on how duplicate their efforts and have everybody sponsored below them doing the same. Also, a month or two later, if you have an extra $39 that you can spend, you can always buy more PSA's at TripleClicks.com and do the same thing all over again. I recommend only spending money that you can afford to spend though. You can also use the T-credits you are purchasing with your standing order to purchase new PSA's. Ten PSA's costs 260 T-credits, so after three months, you will have purchased enough T-credits to get ten more PSA's with 110 T-credits left over. Lastly, you can always spend more money at TripleClicks.com if you wish. I recommend it. Anytime you need to buy something, you should always look to see if it is available at TripleClicks first Whether it be a birthday gift, Christmas gifts, or just something for the home. It only makes since to buy it from your business if it available. Remember, copy and paste this message somewhere and save it because you will be sending it to all of your new affiliates. Thank you.

Duplication is the Key to Success in Any MLM / Network Marketing Business

Duplication is the key to making substantial money in any Network Marketing/MLM endeavor.  If you have been around the network marketing world very much, you have probably heard the term duplication.  But, for those of you who may not know what in the world I am talking about, I am talking about duplicating your efforts.  That means determining what you need to do with any particular network marketing business to be successful, and then getting those you personally sponsor and those underneath them to do the same.

So, How Do You Do It?

Determining what to do in order to be successful can be different from one MLM company to the next.  This article doesn't cover that.  Duplication, however, is achieved by creating a plan or strategy to get everybody doing the same thing and passing that plan down your downline.  You give the plan to those you sponsor.  They give it to those they sponsor, and so on, and so on.  As long as everybody, or at least some, are on board with the plan, duplication will happen.
There are no set rules to how many people you should sponsor personally.  There are, however, a few hard and fast rules to successful duplication.  Here they are:

1.  Keep It Simple - If you expect one person after another to follow your plan for duplication, it has to be simple.  It can't be complicated or convoluted.  The more simple it is, the easier it is to duplicate.

2.  Keep It Inexpensive - We all know there has to be money coming up your downline in order for you and those under you to make money in any MLM business, but it shouldn't break the bank of those participating.  The less your strategy for duplication costs, the more people in your downline that will participate.

3.  Stay In Touch With Your Downline - The first time someone you sponsors sees your plan for duplication, it may not click with them right away, and they may not follow the duplication strategy.  They may be new to MLM and not totally get it just yet.  So, occasionally contact them, without pestering them, and see if you can educate them on the importance of duplicating their efforts.  Also, giving your downline help and attention is one of the best ways to build your business.

That's it!  No more hard and fast rules.  It's pretty simple, but like any business, you will have to work a little.  It's very much worth it though.  If you want to see an example of a simple, inexpensive plan for duplication, please visit this website and signup.  I developed this plan and it works!  It's with a fantastic MLM company that is FREE to join, has been around for seventeen years and you never have to spend more than $40 per month on this duplication plan.  There is no requirement that you ever buy anything, but like I said in step number two above, there has to be money flowing up the downline for anyone to make money themselves.  The duplication strategy is revealed to you in a welcome message from me, your sponsor, on the affiliate website under the Alerts tab.  I also send the duplication plan in a personal message to each person I sponsor.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Is PayBox For Real? Can you Really Make Money By Joining?

PayBox is a website which supposedly gives you $25 when you sign up and $10 for any person you refer to them. PayBox seems to be planning to open up a PayPal-type website for making online transactions. They are not open to the public yet and have "earlybird" users, people who sign up now, that they have complete their daily survey and vote on debit card designs, etc. They give you bonuses for simply going to the site regularly and doing these things. I signed up about three or four weeks ago and, as of right now, I have $601.80 in my account and I have only referred six people.

So, What's the Catch With PayBox.me?

PayBox.me seems pretty safe to sign up for. You only have to give them you name and email, no other personal information. But, here's the catch if there is one. This quote is taken directly from their terms of service:

"All account balances are held in PayBox currency. PayBox maintains a currency that is autonomous and independent of all nations and governments. The PayBox currency is denominated in dollars and cents (similar to the currency of the United States and over 20 other countries). The PayBox currency is currently in a closed system, and cannot be exchanged or spent. Before long we plan to open our currency to be spent and exchanged just as you can with any other currency. Our plans include person-to-person transactions (via the Internet and over cell phone text messages), integration with merchants and shopping cart systems, debit card transactions (through an issued debit card linked to your account), and more. The value of our currency is estimated to be close to that of the U.S. dollar. As is the case with any currency, once the PayBox currency becomes openly exchangeable, its value as weighted against other world currencies can and will fluctuate due to forces beyond our control."

So, as long a PayBox currency ends up being worth something, you might have some money you can spend when they eventually open up. They say they plan to "Open the Box" in April of 2011. The risk is that PayBox currency will be pretty much be worthless and you get nothing. They do say that they will be offering cash bonuses to early bird users very soon, so that might change things a little. There is very little risk involved because you don't have to give them any real personal information. I spend less than five minutes per day on their site, so it's doesn't take up a lot of time. Just remember if you sign up, there is the risk that you won't get much or anything. But if it takes off, your PayBox bucks maybe worth about as a dollars a piece.

Dropshippers: Don't Have Anything to Sell Online? Use a Real Dropshipper

If you are thinking of selling products online but either can't think of anything to sell or don't have anything to sell, one way of getting around this problem is to use a dropshipper. Dropshipping allows you to sell products online that you never have to see, touch, or stock.

What is a Dropshipper?

A dropshipper is a company or wholesaler who will ship the item to your customer after you sell it. In other words, you sell the product on eBay, Amazon, your own website, or wherever. You then purchase the item from the dropshipper (for less than you sold it for, of course). At that point, the dropshipper ships the item to your customer and you pocket the profit. There are literally thousands of companies and wholesalers who dropship just about any kind of item you can imagine and they would for you to sell their products for them.

I made a lot of money selling dropshipped items on eBay. Although I don't do that anymore, there are still plenty of people doing the exact same thing and making money doing it. You always want to make sure that you have the buyer pay for shipping or include the shipping in you price. You don't want those shipping charges taking away from your profits

Where Can I Find a Dropshipper?

This can be the tricky part sometimes. If you do a search on the internet using Google or whatever search engine, you will get search results from a lot companies claiming to dropshippers, but they aren't really dropshippers. They are companies who act as middlemen between you and the dropshippers. This causes the cost you pay for the items to go up and it is very difficult for you to sell the item at a price that will be profitable for you. The middleman has to make money so the price you pay goes up. That's why I used the term REAL dropshipper in the title of this post.

A real dropshipper will never ask you to pay a monthly fee. A real dropshipper may charge a small dropshipping fee per item sold and may require a deposit before you can begin selling their products. The deposit money is usually then used to make you first few purchases, so you don't lose that deposit money. Stay away from companies who are middlemen and charge monthly fees.

Which brings us to the question again, where do I find dropshippers? Well, you can literally call hundreds or thousands of companies and wholesalers and ask them if they dropship, but that would be time-consuming and just horrible I would imagine. Most people who sell dropshipped items don't want to give away their sources for fear that you would become the competition, so asking people in forums or other places online usually doesn't work either. So, what you need is one place that lists a whole bunch of companies and wholesalers who dropship. I have searched and searched on many different occasions and, unfortunately, I have found only one. It's a good, but you have to pay a one time fee. WorldWide Brands has an extensive list dropshippers and wholesalers. They claim to give you access to over 8 million products from numerous dropshippers and wholesalers. I did some research about the company and found nothing bad that anybody had to say about them. Everybody seemed to think they offered a great service. I created an account with them and paid for the service. It's definitely worth it but I suggest you do two things.

1. Test what I have told you. Try to look up and find some dropshippers on Google or your favorite search engine. I doubt you will find much, but I want you to see for yourself.

2. Search and see what everybody has to say about Worldwide Brands. I think you'll find people have good things to say about them.

Why don't you just tell us some of the dropshippers that we can use so we don't have to go to Worldwide Brands?

It's in their terms that I not disclose any of their sources. If I did, they could suspend my account and I paid good money for that. Having said that, I will give you one dropshipper and that's because I found this one on my own before even subscribing to Worldwide Brands. I used this one over the course of one summer to sell about $5000 worth of products on eBay. It's OneInc.com. They have quite a big list of items that they sell. My experience was that some items I could sell for a profit on eBay and some items I couldn't from this dropshipper. You will want to search completed listings on eBay to determine if a particular item is selling for an amount that you will make a profit. I had a lot of fun with this dropshipper. It was so easy once I had the listing on eBay. An item would sell, the buyer would pay me with PayPal, I would use my PayPal Debit card to purchase the item from OneInc.com, they would ship the product to my customer, and I would pocket the profits. I would then relist the item on eBay to sell another one. It literally took about five minutes per sale once I had the listing typed up and was just relisting each time on eBay.

Well, that's about it on dropshipping. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. If ya try any of this out, let us know how it goes in the comments. Give it a shot. It's lots of fun.
